1. Orders and payments
You should enter the square metres you wish to order, taking into account the area I intend to cover. We advise you to order 20% more for possible waste in the work. You must also enter the delivery address or if you want to collect free of charge at our factory
You can order directly online via our website www.stome.pt. If you wish to contact us by email, please write to stome@galrao.com. If you want to visit us physically our factory is located in Pero Pinheiro, Avenida da Liberdade nr153 / 2715-004.
Yes it is safe, our site is prepared to guarantee a safe purchase via stripe.
You can use our payment system available in the payment options.
2. My Account
You should put for easy identification, your contact email, mobile phone if you wish and delivery address.

3. Deliveries
Orders can be placed more or less according to the stock available in the factory. We are in continuous production, however there may be ruptures in some products, making it impossible to ship them. If you wish to have information about the status of your orders, you can send an e-mail to stome@galrao.com and we will reply as soon as possible. Regarding the time of delivery from our factory to your home, it is the responsibility of CTT - the company responsible for sending our orders.
The shipping will always be associated to the weight and distance of your order.

4. Returns
We take steps to ensure that all products leave our factory in perfect condition. It is possible that goods may be damaged during transportation. When the goods arrive, you must open and inspect them upon delivery to your home. All damage must be reported in writing to the carrier and to Stome within 72 hours.
If your product arrives damaged, we would appreciate your contact, as we are always concerned with your satisfaction.
5. Invoices
Invoices are available online at the time of purchase.
